1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, contracting our engineering or marketing services, or licensing our software products (including BizFlow, MenuPro, StockPro, and FormFlex), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services Scope & Statement of Work
All custom development, business automation, UI/UX design, and digital marketing engagements are governed by an individual Statement of Work (SOW) executed between Pixility Studio and the client. The SOW defines deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and acceptance criteria.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full receipt of project milestone payments, all bespoke code, design assets, and custom configurations created specifically for the client transfer to client ownership. Pixility Studio retains rights to proprietary core components, reusable utility libraries, and generalized SaaS frameworks.
4. SaaS Product Subscriptions
Subscription-based products are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the agreed term. Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and maintaining compliance with applicable data regulations.
5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support
All custom-built software comes with a standard 30-day bug-fix warranty following production deployment. Extended maintenance, server monitoring, and iterative feature development are provided under dedicated service level agreements (SLAs).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixility Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system downtime, third-party API outages, or improper customer usage.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
